The Hallde VCM-41 is a vertical cutter mixer that chops, mixes, purees, blends and minces a range of food products.

The stainless steel bowl has a gross volume of 4 litres and a net liquid volume of 1.4 litres, housed in a metal machine casing. It runs a single speed of 1,500 RPM plus a pulse function, driven by a powerful high torque motor with a patented scraper system. Rated at 550W, supplied with a 10 Amp plug and cord.
