The Hallde VCB-61 is a vertical cutter blender that chops, grinds, mixes, purees, blends and minces a range of food products.

The stainless steel bowl has a gross volume of 6 litres and a net liquid volume of 4.3 litres, housed in a metal machine casing. It runs a single speed of 1,500 RPM plus a pulse function, driven by a powerful high torque motor, with a patented scraper system and patented 4 knife design. Rated at 900W with a 10 Amp plug.
