Our heavy-duty Meat Tenderiser has been constructed to house hundreds of small tenderising blades that penetrate the meat, break down the muscle fibres, and produce a more tender and succulent product for the cooking process. The stir-fry cutting group slices meat into perfect strips and is a feature that highlights the versatility of this machine.
The INT90 Meat Tenderiser is available in single or three-phase and has two configurations: Standard and Fan-Cooled. The latter provides ventilation and cooling to the motor during heavy use.
- The INT90 is manufactured in anodised aluminium to resist the corrosive effects of salts and acids.
