The Austheat AF822 is a freestanding twin tank electric fryer with two separate 15 litre oil tanks, each with its own controls.

The two tanks can run at different temperatures to keep flavours apart or to shut one tank down during quieter periods. It comes with two heavy duty stainless steel baskets and pan lids, and is built from robust stainless steel with a 1.5mm tank thickness for easy cleaning. Each tank has a cook/idle switch linked to two thermostats to reduce operating costs, plus a manual reset over-temperature safety cut-out. Castors on the rear and adjustable legs at the front allow the unit to be manoeuvred into place, and it can be joined to other Austheat fryers using the optional tank joining cover (SS1794).
