The Austheat AF813R is a single pan electric fryer with a 43 litre oil capacity and rapid recovery, supplied with three heavy duty stainless steel baskets and a pan lid.

Built from robust stainless steel with a 1.5mm tank thickness, it can be used stand-alone for wet batters and is easy to clean. A cook/idle switch is linked to two thermostats to reduce operating costs, backed by a manual reset over-temperature safety cut-out. At 4.8kW more power than the standard AF813, it delivers a faster recovery time. Castors on the rear and adjustable legs at the front allow the unit to be manoeuvred into place, and it can be joined to other Austheat fryers using the optional tank joining cover (SS1794).
