The Austheat AF812R is a single pan electric fryer with a 33 litre oil capacity and rapid recovery, supplied with two heavy duty stainless steel baskets and a pan lid.

Built from robust stainless steel with a 1.5mm tank thickness for easy cleaning, it uses a cook/idle switch linked to two thermostats to reduce operating costs, backed by a manual reset over-temperature safety cut-out. At 2.1kW more power than the standard AF812, it delivers a faster recovery time. Castors on the rear and adjustable legs at the front allow the unit to be manoeuvred into place, and it can be joined to other Austheat fryers using the optional tank joining cover (SS1794).
